I used this with my second natural birth and not the first. It's AMAZING the difference! My first was not something I would like to repeat. However, using this kit to help me be more aware of the pains in birthing and how to deal with them made the entire experience VERY MANAGEABLE! It also sped it up considerably!! I had my second in 3 1/2 hours as opposed to 13 hours with the first. I will say for those who want to avoid an episiotomy, you definitely need to do the internal work!! It's worth every minute!!!

am working as a midwife in Bangladesh with an NGO MSF with some beautiful women....especiallythe TBA's and am hanging out to read and share this kit ...I have been meaning to get it for a few years now and have finally decided that naturally this is the best way to go ...information is power and as a grandmother and midwife....with 30 years experience I feel ther is so much more to learn...I will give you feedback afterI recieve and share ...possibly some photos if you wish
